1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via the IndustriumX online shop (Luke Steinfartz). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Contract Conclusion

Product listings in the shop do not constitute a binding offer.

The order process consists of: (1) Add products to cart. (2) Review and adjust quantities in the cart. (3) Enter contact and shipping data at checkout. (4) Review the order summary before submission and correct entries via the browser back button. (5) Click "Order with obligation to pay" to submit a binding offer. (6) We confirm receipt and acceptance of the contract by email.

The contract text (order data and terms) will be sent to you with the order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros including statutory VAT (if applicable) plus shipping. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver within Germany and to EU member states. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after payment receipt. For custom-made products (3D printing on demand), delivery time may vary.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you submit your order. You will be notified of status changes via email.

6. Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured to customer specifications (e.g. 3D printing from custom files) are excluded from return (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB) once production has begun.

7. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of IndustriumX until full payment is received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For defects, please contact us at luke@industriumx.com.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical contract damage.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Right of Withdrawal
